Job summary

Me&U is seeking an AI-first Engineer to help shape our AI-native product streams. You will collaborate across product, design and engineering to define features, maintain robust agent-enabled systems, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing agent-based AI systems and guidance.
• Ability to design and implement scalable backend and frontend systems.
• Strong collaboration with product and design to shape technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Co-create with product and design; translate intent into specs for agents.
• Plan work so agents can execute; review output for logic and design.
• Maintain context files, hooks, lint rules and regression suites.
• Design and implement new features; ensure architectural fit and business goals.
• Lead code reviews and enforce conventions; suggest actionable improvements.
• Mentor engineers; share knowledge across teams and guilds.
• Own delivery; manage work for timely, efficient outcomes.
