Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to own Sierra's AI agents from pilot to production, bridging product, engineering, and customer success. You will translate business goals into high-performing agents and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure scalable deployments.

You will collaborate with enterprise leaders, run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and influence product direction with customer feedback. This role demands strategic thinking, technical comfort, and a founder-like ownership

Qualifications

• Customer obsession with customers’ business goals and building trusted relationships.
• Clear, direct communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical thinking.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production with tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production and iteration.
• Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders and shape AI strategy.
• Partner with customer teams daily to run sessions and keep builds on track.
• Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs and guiding research.
