Job summary

Corto Pty Ltd is recruiting an Escalations Analyst to bridge engineering and legal accounting as we launch our next AI product. This Sydney-based hybrid role sits at the frontline of AI-driven troubleshooting, digging into logs and APIs to resolve critical customer issues.

You’ll triage escalations, log bugs with developers, test patches, and help shape accounting modules across releases, with opportunities to collaborate globally and grow in a fast-moving AI/LegalTech environment.

Qualifications

> Hands-on troubleshooting in software support.
> Experience with Postman and SumoLogic.
> LEAP and/or Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks is a plus.
> Familiar with JIRA and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Triage complex escalations, trace through system logic, work with APIs/logs, and collaborate with developers to drive resolution.
Log bugs, test patches, and support product improvements with the team.
Prioritise incidents based on impact to customers and operations.
Troubleshoot software integrations with accounting tools (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
Provide clear technical guidance to global helpdesk and support teams.
Participate in testing/validation of accounting modules in each release.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to workflow improvements.
