Zurich is seeking an AI Governance Lead to shape and operationalise governance across its AI initiatives. You will set up scalable frameworks, embed responsible AI practices, and oversee risk monitoring and reporting to executive forums.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and operationalising AI governance frameworks, controls and oversight processes.
• Strong knowledge of AI risk management, privacy, cyber security, and model governance obligations.
• Understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and emerging tech risks.
• Experience assessing technology solutions and applying practical, proportionate controls across the AI lifecycle.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Risk and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance Zurich’s enterprise AI Governance Framework, standards and controls.
• Embed responsible AI principles across the full lifecycle of AI solutions.
• Identify, assess and monitor AI risks, including privacy, security, fairness, explainability and model governance.
• Design scalable, risk-based governance pathways that enable teams to innovate with appropriate oversight.
• Automate governance, assurance, monitoring and reporting activities to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Provide trusted advice and clear reporting to business leaders, delivery teams, executives and governance forums.
