Zurich Australia is seeking a Domain Architect – AI to shape the future of AI across the business. You will define architectures, roadmaps and governance to enable safe, scalable AI delivery and drive value for customers and the wider organization.

You will lead and mentor engineers, translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, and ensure alignment with security, privacy and governance standards. Hybrid work and strong wellbeing benefits are offered.

Formación

• Significant architecture experience delivering target states, roadmaps and capability models.
• Experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions into production environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI non-functional requirements: scalability, governance, observability.
• Hands-on with Python and JavaScript; experience with GenAI frameworks.
• Experience guiding engineers and integrating AI with enterprise applications via APIs.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and API-led architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture and target-state designs for Zurich's AI platforms and capabilities.
• Develop roadmaps and governance frameworks for AI solutions at scale.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams delivering AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate, select and govern AI technologies to support business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI implementations.
• Drive best practices across security, privacy, and governance in AI.
