Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to architect our AI-enabled marketing engine. You’ll manage Marketo, align with Salesforce, and drive automation across campaigns to reduce manual work.

You will own data hygiene, build scalable workflows, and partner with sales and marketing to accelerate growth in a remote-first environment. Competitive benefits include ESOP and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a B2B environment.
• Strong appetite for using AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
• Understanding data flows across the MarTech stack from touchpoint to Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Platform Management & Support: Manage day-to-day Marketo operations with high uptime and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Diagnose funnel leakage, routing issues, and sync errors between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Continuously improve campaign logic and apply AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Translate business requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Partner on strategic projects to reduce technical debt and streamline Marketo.
• List Operations Management: Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and list execution with potential AI automation.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all systems and workflows.
