Kinnect, headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist for a fully remote role. You will leverage AI tools, automation and market intelligence to generate pipeline and strengthen the Kinnect Group’s brand.

You’ll work with leadership and sales to convert activities into measurable pipeline. You’ll be responsible for developing multi-channel campaigns, analysing funnel metrics, and coordinating with events and partnerships to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Experience crafting direct marketing campaigns across email, web, social and content.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track pipeline contribution and KPI metrics.
• Comfort with AI-enabled workflows and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously in a lean, one-person function to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows.
• Optimize marketing systems from awareness to acquisition and improve customer lifetime value.
• Create marketing materials and landing pages; manage content calendar and social presence.
• Write and edit marketing copy for channels such as social, email, and website.
• Track KPIs and campaign performance weekly and report insights.
• Coordinate events, sponsor activities and partnerships to extend reach.
