Job summary

Ansarada is seeking a performance marketing lead to own global campaign execution across search, social, video, and email, leveraging AI to accelerate copy and testing. You’ll partner with the VP of Growth Marketing to drive new customer acquisition and eCommerce revenue.

Ideal candidates combine hands-on media buying with CRO, analytics, and CRM tool fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce). The role offers a flexible hybrid setup with strong growth opportunities and a competitive package.

Qualifications

Proven experience in performance or digital marketing.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools — HubSpot and Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated paid media campaigns across search, display, video, social, and email with AI-assisted copy and reporting.
Define campaign KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and deliver ROI insights.
Collaborate with agency partners to meet goals across all paid media channels.
Plan multivariate A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversions and ROI.
