Job summary

Officeworks is shaping the future of AI for a leading omnichannel retailer in Australia. This AI Enablement Manager role partners with technology leaders to embed AI-driven delivery practices and scalable frameworks, driving enterprise-wide change in a dynamic environment.

You’ll work across technology, product, and business teams to uplift capability, develop playbooks, and scale AI adoption while maintaining a strong focus on alignment with Wesfarmers strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading technology transformation, agile coaching, or operating model change.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of modern technology delivery and AI-enabled practices.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide change in complex environments.
