Job summary

Officeworks is seeking a senior analytics partner to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver meaningful commercial outcomes. You will work with executive leaders to align analytics with strategic priorities, driving adoption of BI tools and AI-enabled approaches across a large retail organisation.

This hybrid role reports to the Head of Analytics and Enterprise Value Delivery and focuses on shaping decisions with clear data storytelling, dashboards and actionable

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence or a similar business-facing analytics role.
• Strong commercial acumen to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions across a large organisation.
• Able to translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Analytics and Enterprise Value Delivery, you'll act as the key link between our business leaders and analytics teams. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities, and translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

About you

• Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, commercial insights, consulting or a similar business-facing analytics role.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Experienced partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making across a large organisation.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with technical tools, SQL and visualisation tools including Power BI, Tableau.
• Passionate about using data and emerging AI capabilities to solve business problems and create value.
