Novus Pathway in Australia seeks an experienced AI leader to set up and run our AI enablement program across Cyber Security and Service Operations. This hands-on contract role requires moving AI use cases from lab to production and guiding teams through the journey.

Qualifikationen

• Track record delivering AI/automation into production in security or service operations.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 42001).
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, ITSM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the AI enablement strategy and roadmap for Cyber Security and Service Operations.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and service operations.
• Take initiatives from proof of concept into production, integrating with existing security and operational platforms and tracking measurable business outcomes.
• Establish AI governance, risk management and responsible AI practices.
• Build AI skills and confidence across Cyber, SOC and Service Operations through training and operating model improvements.
