Job summary

OMERS in Sydney, Australia seeks an Associate, AI Enablement & Adoption to accelerate AI fluency across our corporate office. You will coach on-demand, deliver lightweight training, and troubleshoot real-world AI use in daily work with Copilot, Gemini and Claude.

You’ll translate technical AI concepts into plain language for all staff, monitor adoption, collect success stories, and help teams apply AI to drafting emails, meeting summaries, and idea generation while upholding Responsible AI

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with generative AI tools and practical coaching experience.
• Excellent communication translating AI concepts for non-technical staff.
• High emotional intelligence with patient, people-centric approach.
• Experience in corporate training, helpdesk or tech adoption is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On-demand coaching and 1:1/small-group support for AI tools.
• Develop lightweight micro-training resources and practical guides.
• Monitor tool usage and drive uptake across teams.
• Help individuals apply AI to daily work (emails, summaries, idea generation).
• Educate employees on governance policies and data privacy.
