The Iq Group Global Ltd. in Melbourne, Victoria, seeks a Principal Consultant who can operate at the intersection of business analysis, delivery leadership, technology advisory and AI-enabled transformation.

You’ll act as a Lead Business Analyst and/or Delivery Lead, guiding complex transformation initiatives with stakeholders, technology teams, architects and vendors to turn ideas into outcomes. You’ll work across initiatives including communications transformation, document management

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead BA or Delivery Lead on complex technology transformations.
• Expertise across business analysis, delivery leadership, advisory and AI-enabled change.
• Ability to work with executives, SMEs, tech teams and vendors to drive outcomes.
