IQGroup is seeking a Principal Consultant to operate at the intersection of business analysis, delivery leadership, technology advisory and AI-enabled transformation across superannuation and financial services. You will lead complex engagements, advise senior clients and turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transformation and delivery engagements across superannuation and financial services.
• Act as Lead BA and/or Delivery Lead providing direction across programs.
• Run discovery workshops, requirements, design and delivery planning.
• Apply BA, PM, Change Management and consulting capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Work across the full lifecycle from strategy to execution.
