Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant to lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives within its Strategy & Transformation Office in Melbourne. You will oversee the full lifecycle from discovery to MVP, partnering with SMEs and technical teams to define requirements, shape PoC/MVP solutions, and manage delivery across priorities.

You will run workshops, validate workflows, and translate insights into briefs and actionable plans while coordinating testing, demos and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation, operational improvement or project management/governance roles.
• Comfort working with GenAI tools or other tech-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting or leading process improvement, service model redesign, or operating model transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Experience facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and managing project deliverables.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with low code or no code prototyping would be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives from discovery through MVP, deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with business unit SMEs and technical teams to define requirements and shape PoC/MVP solutions.
• Manage delivery across internal priorities and coordinate testing, demos and onboarding.
• Facilitate design sessions and support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Contribute to reusable assets and executive materials for future initiatives.
