Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering and consulting.
- Hands-on with AI development tools like Claude Code and Codex.
- Experience with delivering non-trivial software at scale.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive discussions.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI PDLC consulting engagements end-to-end.
- Partner with client CTOs to redesign software delivery.
- Coach engineering teams on modern AI tooling.
- Mentor Propel engineers on AI PDLC.
