Infosys Australia is seeking an Agile Consultant with AI to lead client delivery and transform ways of working. You will coach teams on Agile practices, DevOps, and modern engineering, enabling AI-enabled transformations across large enterprise projects.

The role focuses on AI governance, value measurement, and embedding AI/Generative AI tools within the software lifecycle, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience with strong Agile consulting, DevOps, platform engineering, or technology transformation.
Proven experienceleading transformation in large organisations and working in top-tier consulting environments.
Strong understanding of product-centric operating models, AI governance approaches, and software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Coach client and delivery teams on Agile processes, engineering ecosystems, and AI-enabled practices.
Lead project teams delivering cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or infra-as-software solutions.
Drive transformation as a program manager and AI-driven delivery lead to achieve value realisation.
