TAL is seeking an Engineering Manager for AI & Emerging Technology in Sydney. You will lead AI engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions and translate prototypes into production-ready services with strong governance and operational discipline.

You’ll build a culture of growth, set technical standards, and align stakeholders to advance TAL's strategy while ensuring privacy, security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bring 8+ years of experience in software, AI, ML or data engineering, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Apply strong knowledge of generative AI, LLM-based systems and MLOps to production-ready solutions.
• Lead and support engineering teams by setting standards, encouraging collaboration and growth.
