• Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align decisions and drive outcomes.

As Product Manager, AI & Emerging Technology, you'll help shape how TAL uses responsible innovation to deliver better experiences for our customers, partners and people. Sitting within Digital Engineering, this role connects emerging AI capability with meaningful business outcomes, helping TAL safely explore, adopt and scale solutions that support our broader purpose of protecting Australians when they need it most. With a focus on claims transformation and opportunities across underwriting, legal and customer operations, you'll play a key part in turning ideas into trusted, measurable capability that makes work simpler, decisions smarter and customer experiences more human. This is a meaningful opportunity to help guide TAL's next chapter of digital innovation, where technology is used with care, purpose and impact. Please note this role needs to be Sydney based.
