Job summary

Moir Group - Finance Recruiting in Melbourne is seeking a Business Operations & AI Enablement Project Manager to lead operational transformation and implement AI-enabled workstreams. You will map processes, design AI agents, automate workflows and align technology with the business needs.

You will partner with the Chief of Staff, oversee CRM integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and drive efficient, scalable solutions across investments, advisory and strategic projects while coaching the team

Qualifications

Experience in PM / operational transformation with hands-on AI/automation
Experience designing and implementing AI agents and automated workflows
Experience in start-up/family office or fast-moving environments would be highly regarded

Responsibilities

Reviewing and mapping operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
Designing, building and implementing AI agents and automated workflows to streamline day-to-day activities
Applying AI to improve administrative processes, including meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking and recurring governance activities
Establishing efficient systems for managing information, coordinating projects and tracking priorities
Supporting the effective integration and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM alongside existing business systems
Identifying opportunities to improve workflows across investment, advisory and strategic project activities
Developing practical, scalable solutions that enable the office to operate more independently
Training and supporting the team in adopting AI tools and new ways of working
