Moir Group is seeking an experienced Business Operations & AI Enablement Project Manager in Melbourne. You will lead a practical operational transformation, leveraging advanced AI capabilities to design smarter workflows and automation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager or Transformation consultant with hands-on AI and automation.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI agents and automated workflows.
• Passion for emerging technology and translating AI into practical business applications.
• Ability to align technology with operational needs and avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Agile, resourceful and solutions-focused in fast-moving environments.
• Experience in start-up, family office, consulting or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and mapping operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
• Designing, building and implementing AI agents and automated workflows to streamline day-to-day activities
• Applying AI to improve administrative processes, including meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking and recurring governance activities
• Establishing efficient systems for managing information, coordinating projects and tracking priorities
• Supporting the effective integration and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM alongside existing business systems
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows across investment, advisory and strategic project activities
• Developing practical, scalable solutions that enable the office to operate more independently
• Training and supporting the team in adopting AI tools and new ways of working
