Job summary

You will design and implement backend and automation solutions that convert telecom workflows into reliable internal platforms, working closely with telco teams and AI-assisted tooling to speed up research and delivery.

This role emphasizes strong technical judgment, experience with AWS, Python, and TypeScript, and the ability to review AI-generated code for production safety.

Qualifications

• Senior-level backend, platform, automation, or internal tooling experience.
• Software-first mindset for complex, operational domains.
• Strong technical judgment, especially around AI-generated outputs.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable investigations and plans.
• Solid knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for guiding implementations.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Working knowledge of SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Nice to have telecom or network systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with telco teams to understand problems, workflows, and constraints.
• Investigate systems, repositories, tickets, and runtime behavior.
• Design reliable solutions for operational and automation problems.
• Break down work into clear tickets, steps, and validation plans.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and safety.
• Deliver changes to staging and validate via integration and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to building knowledge bases about system behavior.
