Workday, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales of our AI Talent Suite, including HiredScore and Paradox, within enterprise accounts. You will promote a unified "Human + AI" recruitment vision and integrate AI with Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement to enable Total Talent Acquisition.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with Core Account Executives to secure multi-product deals and guide clients through mature AI adoption in HR workflows.

Competenze

• 5+ years selling sophisticated SaaS/Cloud to C-level executives (CHRO, CIO, CTO).
• Deep domain expertise in HR tech, TA, or AI-driven recruiting software.
• Experience selling multi-product suites and integrated AI solutions.

• Drive the Total Talent narrative by aligning Workday products with Paradox and HiredScore.
• Diagnose client hiring landscapes and tailor AI deployment strategies.
