Job summary

Tarkine Consulting Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a fast-growing tech consulting firm delivering agentic AI solutions in Australia. You will own outbound outreach—from research to a booked meeting—working directly with the Founder to drive conversations with senior leaders across finance, operations, and technology.

You’ll leverage a platform featuring proprietary IP and live case studies to demonstrate measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

12 to 24 months of outbound sales experience with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Confident initiating contact with senior executives.
Strong written communication and professional phone manner.
Organised with CRM discipline and process-driven approach.
Resilient and coachable; comfortable with rejection.
No need to close deals; meetings booked by you.

Responsibilities

Research target accounts and identify contacts.
Perform cold calls, LinkedIn outreach and personalised emails to senior leaders.
Qualify prospects before booking a meeting.
Book meetings and brief the Founder with account research.
Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up cadence.
Nurture interested prospects not yet ready to engage.
