Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking an AI Workflows Engineer to design and deliver Python‑first AI engineering workflows for industry applications, collaborating with Product Managers and customers to define roadmaps and build cross‑functional workflows that combine design, simulation and machine learning.

You will work with CAD/CAE specialists to implement, maintain and evolve solutions, and identify reusable components to accelerate platform adoption across applications, while ensuring strong software

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping production Python tools in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on Python engineer with packaging, testing, CI, code reviews, docs, and git.
• Ability to design and architect vertical workflows and define clean data/interfaces for CAD/CAE specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered engineering workflows for specific industry applications and integrate them into the Neural Concept platform for scalable adoption.
• Act as the primary Python developer—define clean interfaces with CAD/CAE specialists; own coding, testing, CI, packaging, and releases.
• Push upstream reusable components to the Neural Concept platform.
• Identify recurring pain points and turn them into reusable templates, presets, and best practices.
• Engage reference customers and end users to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Help define and review documentation, playbooks and hands-on training sessions.
