Job summary

Neural Concept seeks an AI Workflows Engineer to design and deliver Python-based AI workflows for engineering applications. You will partner with a Product Manager and customers to roadmap production-grade solutions that integrate design, simulation, and machine learning.

As the lead developer, you’ll collaborate with CAD/CAE specialists, implement reusable components, and help shape the Neural Concept platform with scalable, repeatable workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping production Python tools in fast-moving, cross‑functional teams.
• Hands‑on Python engineer with strong software practices: packaging, testing, CI, docs, and git.
• Contribute to technical direction while acting as a hands‑on developer for vertical workflows; comfortable defining clean data/interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered engineering workflows and integrate them into the Neural Concept platform for scalable adoption.
• Act as primary Python developer — define clean interfaces with CAD/CAE specialists; manage coding, testing, CI, packaging, and releases.
• Develop upstream reusable components and standardize workflows into templates, presets, and best practices.
• Engage reference customers and end users to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Help define and review documentation, playbooks and hands-on training sessions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of AI workflows.
