Job summary

UGT International in Melbourne seeks a curious, tech-savvy graduate to be the go-to for AI and automation across the business. You’ll explore tools like ChatGPT and Power BI to solve real problems, craft dashboards, automate workflows, and support teams across Sales, Product, Design, Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain.

This is not IT support; it’s hands-on projects with leadership, and your work will be used live in the business from day one.

Qualifications

• Genuinely passionate about AI - ChatGPT, Claude and whatever's next.
• Built dashboards, automations, presentations, apps or AI assistants.
• Confident with Excel and PowerPoint; quick to pick up new software.
• Bonus points for Power BI, Python, APIs, AI agents, Make, Zapier or Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, automation or AI-driven tools for business insights.
• Create market research or competitor analysis tools using AI.
• Design AI-enabled customer presentations and product concepts.
• Automate repetitive processes to free up hours weekly.
• Train and support teams across Sales, Product, Design, Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain.

What you'll do

This isn't IT support. It's using AI to make a real business smarter, faster and more effective. One day you could be:

• Building a sales, margin or inventory dashboard
• Creating a market research or competitor analysis tool
• Designing standout customer presentations and product concepts with AI
• Automating a repetitive process that frees up hours every week
• Training and supporting our team across Sales, Product, Design, Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain

You'll work directly with our leadership team and see your work used in a live business — straight away.

About you

• Genuinely passionate about AI - ChatGPT, Claude and whatever's next
• You've built things: dashboards, automations, presentations, apps or AI assistants
• Confident with Excel and PowerPoint, and quick to pick up new software
• Bonus points for Power BI, Python, APIs, AI agents, Make, Zapier or Power Automate
• A recent grad, finishing your studies, or early in a tech career — what you can do matters more than the degree
