Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires experience in investment management, superannuation, wealth management, capital markets or trading tech.
• Proven delivery of AI, automation or tech transformation into production.
• Strong hands-on capability across software engineering, data integration and applied AI.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications, LLM-powered solutions or automated workflows.
• Understanding of solution architecture, systems integration and end-to-end technical delivery.
• Ability to bridge business analysis and engineering to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Delivery-focused mindset with proven business outcomes.

• Deliver AI and automation initiatives end to end from requirements through design, development, testing and implementation.

• Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement more productive solutions.
