Halcyon Knights is seeking a hands-on AI and Automation specialist to modernise its investment technology platform and reporting functionalities. You will own AI and automation initiatives from concept through implementation, using technology to simplify complex processes and unlock value from trading and investment data.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in investment management, superannuation, wealth management, capital markets or trading tech.
• Proven delivery of AI, automation or tech transformation into production.
• Strong hands-on capability across software engineering, data integration and applied AI.
• Experience building AI-enabled applications, LLM-powered solutions or automated workflows.
• Understanding of solution architecture, systems integration and end-to-end technical delivery.
• Ability to bridge business analysis and engineering to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Delivery-focused mindset with proven business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver AI and automation initiatives end to end from requirements through design, development, testing and implementation.
• Build AI-enabled applications, intelligent workflows and automation solutions addressing real business problems.
• Leverage trading, portfolio and operational data to improve insights and streamline processes.
• Develop and integrate solutions using Python, APIs, data pipelines and AI platforms.
• Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and implement more productive solutions.
• Work with investment, business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design scalable, secure solutions that integrate with existing investment platforms and enterprise systems.
