This remote, independent contractor role requires strong English communication, ability to work with stakeholders, and experience with Claude and automation

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on AI capability with proven deployment experience.
• Strong Claude experience: Projects, Skills, connectors or API.
• Able to build, not just configure; comfortable with APIs & scripting.
• Experience mapping processes and identifying automation opportunities.
• Familiar with Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate.
• Experience in business administration or ops support.
• MS 365 skills, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• Excellent English communication; clearly documents solutions.

Responsabilités

• Map existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Assess where AI and automation reduce manual work and errors.
• Design, build, test, and implement automated workflows.
• Integrate software platforms and improve data movement between systems.
• Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
• Document workflows and SOPs; monitor and refine automations.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
• Stay informed on AI tools and emerging technologies.
