EY is seeking a Senior Consultant / Consultant to strengthen client internal control environments, financial controls, and end-to-end business processes from Sydney. You will work with EY teams to deliver high-quality assurance and advisory outcomes, with exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools.

The role offers flexible hours and opportunities to develop in a diverse, inclusive culture, with a salary range of AUD 89,000–106,500 inclusive of superannuation, depending on skills and location.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in business process controls, financial risk and assurance advisory.
• Experience across risk and controls, process assurance and controls transformation initiatives.
• Professional certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects delivering Assurance and/or Assurance Advisory services.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement controls frameworks aligned to regulations.
• Support controls transformation and process improvement initiatives and prepare reports.
