Qualifications

• Passion for innovation and AI
• 1–3 years applying Design Thinking, Lean and Agile to digital products/services
• Foundational product management skills: customer discovery, value proposition, prioritisation, roadmap
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Innovation Team in identifying, evaluating and shaping product opportunities.
• Conduct customer, market and stakeholder discovery to validate problems and opportunities.
• Apply DVF framework to assess ideas and develop funding recommendations.
• Explore emerging technologies, particularly AI, and build prototypes to support discovery and innovation outcomes.
