Job summary

EY Parthenon in Sydney is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead decision modelling and analytics engagements, delivering AI-enabled analytics and data-driven solutions for clients across industries. You will shape analytics capability, mentor teams, and help grow client relationships while collaborating with EY's strategy, transactions and technology practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with around 8 years of relevant work experience, or a master's degree with approximately 7 years of related work experience.
Strong background in data analytics, applied AI and decision modelling.
Experience developing forecasting models, scenario analysis, optimisation models, risk models or business decision tools.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modelling and automation.
Experience working with Azure cloud platform and data services; exposure to Databricks, Synapse, PySpark or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver data, analytics and AI-driven solutions to support client decision making across forecasting, risk, operations, pricing, customer and finance-related use cases.
Design and implement analytics frameworks, predictive models, scenario tools, simulation models and optimisation solutions to solve complex business problems.
Apply AI technologies and automation to improve efficiency in data processing, analytics and business processes.
Develop data models, simulation models and scenario analyses that generate actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders through clear storytelling and data visualisation.
