Job summary

LEAP Studio, part of CORTO, is hiring an Application Support Specialist - AI Apps in Sydney. You’ll blend customer service with problem solving to help firms build and run AI-powered tools inside LEAP Studio, with onboarding, troubleshooting and documentation.

You’ll work hybrid from our Sydney head office, join a startup product in a growing team, and shape how firms use the tool while learning the product deeply.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service handling real people with problems
• Ability to read a log and understand API concepts
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Resolve second-line support for LEAP Studio cases via Salesforce, email and live chat
• Diagnose why an app isn’t behaving and explain the cause in practical terms
• Assist firms through their first build and create templates/guides for future use
• Build in LEAP Studio between cases to learn, test, and document
• Escalate defects with sufficient detail to the escalation team
