Job summary

RoZetta Technology is seeking an engineer to design the AI agent-enabled data infrastructure for global financial markets. You will orchestrate AI coding agents, define agent skills, context and tools, and establish architecture principles including modular design and domain-driven contracts.

You will build tests and evals to ensure fast, safe agent iteration, with tracing and cost tracking from day one. Pairing with Forward Deployed Engineers, you’ll translate client work into reusable platform

Qualifications

• Shipped production software substantially built by AI agents and can describe guardrails and failure points.
• Strong systems thinking: map unfamiliar systems, data flows, boundaries and trade-offs.
• A real testing discipline with evidence of catching agent errors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features by coordinating AI coding agents and teams.
• Design and maintain agent skills, context, tools and MCPs.
• Characterise systems: boundaries, data flows, invariants and failure modes.
• Set architecture principles: modular design, clear contracts, domain-driven design.
• Build tests and evals to keep speed safe and CI as gatekeeper.
• Add AI features with evals, tracing and cost awareness from day one.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn client solutions into reusable platform capabilities.
• Pair, review and share what works to shift the team.
