Zendesk is seeking a senior ML/AI systems engineer to operate at the cutting edge of agent architectures, planning, and multi-agent coordination. You will build production-grade platforms that enable autonomous agents to perceive, reason, and act within live customer-service workflows.

You will own both science and systems, develop memory structures, RL training infrastructure, and guardrails at scale, collaborating with globally distributed teams in a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 5+ years building production ML/AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with agent architectures (planning, tool dispatch, memory).
• Strong Python and PyTorch proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design advanced memory structures and autonomous learning mechanisms for production agents.
• Develop RL training infrastructure and reward curricula for language models.
• Build and optimize multi-agent coordination patterns and A2A delegation protocols.
• Implement robust guardrails and evaluation pipelines at enterprise scale.
