Job summary

Cresta is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build and deploy state-of-the-art AI agents, leveraging LLMs and agent systems to solve real-world customer problems. You will work with customers and engineers to deliver high-impact deployments with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability.

You’ll collaborate with PMs and engineers, gather requirements, and continuously improve the core platform through hands-on technical leadership and proactive feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-time software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Golang coding skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta platform.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems via APIs and databases.
• Tune prompts and configurations to improve performance.
• Gather requirements from customers and translate to AI solutions.
• Demonstrate proofs-of-concept and iterate with customer feedback.
• Coordinate projects and align with product/engineering roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.
