Nutrien Ag Solutions in Cooma, NSW, is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead the merchandise function, drive sales and manage inventory across ag chemicals, fertilisers and related products. You will work with branch leadership, agronomists and sales teams to support retail operations and customer engagement.

You will bring merchandise leadership, strong pricing and margin discipline, and a focus on branch growth. A current driver’s license and SAP/Excel proficiency are preferred for this role.

Qualificações

• Experience in merchandise sales and inventory management with strong margin control.
• Ability to drive category performance, meet sales targets and grow the branch.
• Comfort with budgeting, reporting and operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the merchandise function for the Cooma branch, managing sales and inventory across ag chem, fertiliser and a broad range of agricultural merchandise products.
• Collaborate with branch leadership, agronomists and sales teams to support retail operations, stock takes, on-farm engagement and technical product support.
• Manage stock control and inventory levels to support sales while maintaining margins and accurate pricing.
• Contribute to branch budgets and top-line performance, with regular performance reporting.
• Support local merchandising, marketing campaigns and ensure a safe, clean store presentation.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth through service and cross-selling.
