Job summary

Divya Agriculture Management Pty Ltd ATF M H Patel Family Trust is seeking a highly organised Contract Administrator to manage contracts, supplier and contractor arrangements, and compliance. The role will work with management and external stakeholders to ensure obligations and processes are completed efficiently.

The position is based in Queensland and offers a full-time permanent role with opportunities for professional development within a growing agricultural business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organisational and document-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience with contractors, suppliers or agricultural operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programmes and services; respond to enquiries and resolve issues.
• Manage documentation and administrative records for contracts, programmes, projects and services; advise management.
• Oversee contractors’ work and report on variations to work orders.
• Prepare submissions, correspondence and reports; collect and analyse project data; coordinate new office arrangements.
