Job summary

IT Alliance in Australia is seeking a Scrum Master for Federal Government projects across Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. You will guide multiple teams in a large-scale agile environment and ensure SAFe practices are applied effectively.

The role requires 3+ years as Scrum Master in Commonwealth IT or similar, strong stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency with MS Office, Azure and DevOps tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recent experience as scrum master in the Commonwealth IT environment or similar computing environments.
• Experience working in large scaled agile environment with multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of the SAFe methodology and its applications within a government context.
