Job summary

ANZ in Melbourne seeks an Agile Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple agile squads within the Digital Channel team, bridging technical delivery and business stakeholders to realize strategic initiatives.

You will lead across the Single Customer Front End program, removing roadblocks and guiding agile practices to deliver a unified ANZ brand experience with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of multiple agile initiatives.
• Ability to define and communicate delivery plans, risks and dependencies.
• Proven track record coaching teams and Product Owners in agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery of agile initiatives across squads.
• Define, manage and communicate delivery plans, risks, dependencies and progress.
• Remove impediments and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs and align with strategy.
• Coach teams and facilitate ceremonies to improve agile maturity.
