Job summary

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead in Melbourne. You will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple squads within Business & Private Bank Digital, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring a unified ANZ brand experience.

You will partner with Product Owners, coach teams, manage risks, and remove roadblocks to deliver value. Role is a 12-month secondment with a 40-hour work week at 839 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering across multiple agile squads.
• Strong collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments and manage risks.
• Proven coaching and mentoring of Agile teams to raise delivery maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple agile initiatives across squads to meet business value, scope, time, and quality.
• Define, manage and communicate delivery plans, risks, dependencies and progress to stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and resolve issues to maintain momentum and outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritise backlogs and align with strategic objectives.
• Champion agile principles, facilitate ceremonies, and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
