Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with async features and performance profiling.
• Strong architectural mindset for scalable systems and RESTful design.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and agentic orchestration patterns.
• Security-first approach to data handling and PII scrubbing.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI or open-source).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build high-performance backend services with FastAPI.
• Optimize vector databases and embeddings for accurate retrieval.
• Develop complex SQL queries with emphasis on efficiency and safety.
• Ensure privacy, data handling compliance, and secure AI interactions.
• Implement concurrency patterns for high-throughput LLM interactions.
• Add observability and monitoring to trace reasoning and debug hallucinations.
• Refine prompts and integrate LLMs across OpenAI and open-source models.
