Job summary

Synechron seeks a Java AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. You will integrate Claude, OpenAI, and other LLMs, build RAG solutions, and create AI agents that automate workflows and improve business processes.

You will collaborate with architects and product owners, design secure cloud-native solutions, and stay current with AI advances.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Build AI-powered enterprise applications leveraging Claude, OpenAI, and other LLM technologies.
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
Develop AI Agents capable of performing complex tasks, orchestration, reasoning, and workflow automation.
Integrate AI models and services into enterprise platforms through APIs and modern frameworks.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-driven use cases.
Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI-powered systems.
Stay current with emerging advancements in AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise application development.
