Southern Cross Austereo is seeking a proactive Agency Sales professional to join our Sydney team. You will deliver tailored presentations, nurture client relationships, and maximise revenue across agency partners in a fast-paced media environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of B2B selling experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of new business development in media or advertising. Enjoy an energetic culture with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
Strong negotiation skills to maximise value for clients and the business.
2–3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience with a proven track record.
