Job summary

selectability is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and flexible Casual Aged Care Workers to join our FIFO workforce in Lower Gulf, North Queensland.

This is a casual pool role delivering person-centred care to older and vulnerable persons in remote communities, with accommodation and all meals provided on swing, rotating across day, afternoon, and night shifts, plus overtime opportunities and structured FIFO lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver person-centred care.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred aged care in FIFO remote communities.
• Support independence, dignity and wellbeing for older persons.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager, RN and healthcare team.
• Follow policies, procedures and professional standards.
