Job summary

selectability is seeking compassionate, flexible Casual Aged Care Workers to join our FIFO workforce in Lower Gulf, North Queensland. You will deliver quality, person-centred care to older and vulnerable persons in remote communities, working with a multidisciplinary team and enjoying accommodation and meals provided on swing shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in IHSC/Aged Care or equivalent required.
• Desirable: experience in aged care or related field.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Current Queensland Driver Licence (P1 or higher).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager, Registered Nurse and healthcare team.
• Deliver quality support in FIFO roster arrangements.
• Assist older and vulnerable persons to promote independence and wellbeing.
