Job summary

Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking caring Aged Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis across the Southern Gold Coast. You will visit clients at home, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily activities, and help maintain safety and independence.

We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Aged Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis in the Southern area of Gold Coast.

What You’ll Do

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting clients with meals and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
• Following care plans and accurately documenting services provided
• Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure safe, high-quality support

About You

You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:

Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
