Novaskill, a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation with over 45 years of experience, seeks a part-time Aged Care Trainer/Assessor. Deliver CHC33021 and CHC43121, provide on-site assessments, and mentor learners across online, classroom, and on-site settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on aged care experience with ability to mentor learners.
• Clear and compassionate communication with diverse learners.
• Ability to adapt training style to online, classroom, or on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments and training support.
• Deliver training across online, classroom, and on-site formats.
• Manage a caseload of trainees and funded students to support progression.
• Maintain compliance with delivery and assessment standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students from diverse backgrounds.
