Job summary

You will collaborate with colleagues and industry to ensure content stays current, while supporting diverse learners to complete their qualification successfully.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and assessing CHC33021 or similar community services qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of the VET sector, RTO compliance standards, and competency-based assessment practices.
• Ability to design and deliver clear, engaging training sessions for diverse learner groups.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation, learner records, and assessment evidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work collaboratively with industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and review training sessions for CHC33021 in accordance with standards.
• Facilitate classroom and simulated workplace learning environments.
• Provide guidance and feedback; monitor learner progress and outcomes.
• Conduct competency-based assessments and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage with industry partners to keep content current.
